Food for the Belly: Dinner

Pizza night! We make pizza quite often actually. At home, I'll buy the ball of whole wheat pizza dough from the deli, and attempt to stretch it out as thin as possible over our pizza stone. In Calgary, I haven't been able to find good looking dough at our grocery store, so I resorted to buying a pre-cooked pizza crust. Which I must say, tasted amazing. Ended up super thin and delicately crispy, and only takes 10 minutes in the oven!

Today's pizza incorporated our usual staple toppings: pesto, mushrooms, artichokes, sundried tomatos, roasted red pepper, prosciutto, and cheeeeese.

This time, we splurged on some arugula, tossed it with olive oil and lemon juice and garnished our pizza. Dip in Frank's hot sauce and you've got yourself a gooooood pizza!
